Biography
Patrick J. Moroney grew up in Oakland, N.J., and graduated from Queens College (CUNY) with a degree in Political Science. He then began working in asbestos litigation as a paralegal while attending New York Law School as a night student.
Since becoming an attorney in 2016, Mr. Moroney has continued to fight for victims of mesothelioma and asbestos-related lung cancer by securing millions of dollars in settlements from hundreds of asbestos defendants. He has handled all aspects of an asbestos case, including legal research, discovery, motion practice, taking and defending client and expert depositions, and trial work.
