Biography
Madelyn Foster is a proud “double Illini.” While at the University of Illinois, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with High Honors. She then went on to graduate cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law with her Juris Doctorate. While in law school, Ms. Foster was the recipient of two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, placed in the American Bar Association regional negotiation championship and four consecutive trial advocacy competitions. Notably, she received the honor of national champion in the National Ethics Trial Competition.
Prior to joining the Gori Law Firm, Ms. Foster gained robust experience with a national defense firm handling complex employment litigation. Ms. Foster quickly realized her true passion was advocating for individuals. Now, she is excited to return to her roots in Madison County to dedicate her practice to advocating fiercely for individuals who have been wronged.
Ms. Foster is licensed to practice law in the Southern District of Illinois and the Eastern and Western districts of Missouri. At The Gori Law Firm, her main areas of practice include personal injury, workers’ compensation, municipal law, and employment law.
